Use new way of accessing the database introduced in alpha-VKL

• Add more icons, for a total of 450+.
• New placement option, "docked".
• Improve spacing between bottom and sides of the website.

• Icons were not centered correctly, this has now been fixed.
• Add over 100 new icons, for a total of 360 icons.
• Add icon animations, easely add a animation to the announcement icon.
