Better Editable Server Startup Command

This addon implements a request-and-approval system for server startup command modifications in Pterodactyl. Instead of allowing users to directly modify their server's startup commands (which could potentially be dangerous), this addon creates a structured workflow where:

1.   *Users* can submit *requests* to change their server's startup command
   

2.   Administrators can *review* these requests
   

3.   Administrators can *approve* or *deny* the requests with comments
   

4.   Changes are *tracked* and *logged* for accountability
   

Key Features:

1: Request Submission

• Users can submit requests to change their server's startup command
