Description
Adds a Plugin Updater tab to the server page that scans /plugins, builds an
update / downgrade checklist for a chosen Minecraft version, and replaces jars in
place. Config files are never touched — only the .jar files in /plugins are
replaced, and the old jar is moved to /plugins/.jar-backups/ first.
