Ratelimit Check

I installed this bot to monitor the rate limit status of my IPs, but it falls short in several critical areas. When I ran the command, it inaccurately flagged all my IPs as rate-limited, even though I know for a fact that they are not. This makes the tool unreliable for its intended purpose.

Additionally, the bot lacks proper error handling for situations where the bot itself gets rate-limited, which could lead to even more false positives. Overall, this bot needs significant improvements in accuracy and error management before it can be considered dependable.
