3 out of 5 stars
If you plan to use this for a web system where you give subdomains to your users then this is not your plugin, this plugin is only intended for users who want to give subdomains to minecraft servers or who use a cloudflare SRV with a specific port, even So the creator only limits himself to telling you "I don't know your egg and you must modify it yourself" This is not the most recommended option due to the high price you pay, I recommend it if you want to give subdomains to your users a bot with the cloudflare api and use a plugin that will make it a reverse proxy, if you are just looking for this plugin for minecraft server then no problem

I'll leave 4 stars, because it does actually do what it's supposed to do; however, in case anyone else is confused, when it says "Subdomain Manager: make subdomains with any protocol (with cloudflare)" it should say:
"Subdomain Manager: make subdomains with any protocol (with cloudflare), except website protocols".
The documentation in the instructions is a bit shotty and could use some extra effort as well. Adding line numbers where you should be editing and changing configurations, and adding the correct spacing for copy and paste of configurations is crucial; yet none of this was included in the instructions. Locations where actions need to be taken should be boldened so their easier to see, as some commands, like the composer install, will only work if you're in the correct folder.
The only reason I take marks off for poor documentation is because of how incredibly finicky PTERO is. If you mess something up you run a higher risk of having to reinstall completely
