Fix crash when saved config has no overrides field

Sync XHR fallback ensures palette is available before Mantine mounts on first visit with no localStorage cache. Guard in buildMantineTheme prevents crash when palette arrays are invalid or missing.

Also attempted to fix sxc file upload/download issues.
